Thanks for visiting us at Fat Choi. We are a ‘permanent pop-up’ located in Soos at 94 Ossington. Our menu offers a variety of Asian/South East Asian plates that are all plant-based. We pull from Malaysian and Nyonya (Chinese/Malay) influences for our flavours. Please note that while the Fat Choi menu is entirely plant based, Soos restaurant is NOT. The goal of Soos is to provide an inclusive dining experience for all and we hope to cater to everyone’s dietary needs.

Please note that our main focus is on dine in service. Take out will be limited during peak dine in hours and very limited on Fridays and Saturdays.

Now booking for the 2026 holiday season
Holiday season? We know, it’s still summer. But prime dates fill up quickly, and this year, we are offering special buy out rates for any Monday & Tuesday, starting Monday November 30, including Monday December 21 and Tuesday December 22, with a minimum spend of just $5000.00 plus HST (13%) & gratuity (20%).
We can accommodate up to 36 guests for a seated dinner, or up to 50 guests for a cocktail style mingling party.
Half buy out options (5:00pm seating or 8:30pm seating for 3 hours) are also available for Wednesdays to Saturdays.
For a more intimate gathering, our private dining room accommodates a maximum of 16 guests and is available to reserve Wednesdays through Sundays. Our front banquette can accommodate up to 20 guests.
